1. Who we are

Sculpt Stagewear ("we", "us") designs and hand-makes competition bikinis, fit model suits and posing trunks in the UK. You can contact us at sculptstagewear@gmail.com. By placing an order request on this website you agree to these terms.

2. How ordering works

• Placing an order on this site sends us an order request. A contract is formed only when we confirm it by email (and, for rentals, once payment is received).
• Sending an order request does not take any payment. Once your order is confirmed we will ask you to pay by bank transfer or send a secure payment link. Where card payment is offered for an item (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe), you can pay at checkout instead; your contract is still formed when we confirm your order by email, and if we cannot supply it we will refund you in full.
• We may decline or cancel a request, for example if a date is unavailable. If we cannot supply your order, we will refund anything you have paid.

3. Custom (made-to-order) pieces

• Every custom piece is made to your measurements and design choices. The minimum production time is 6 weeks from confirmation. Please give us your show date when you order.
• Send your final measurements about 4 weeks before your show. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
• Because each piece is personal to you, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has started. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

4. Prices and postage

Prices are in pounds sterling. Postage is added at checkout based on the destination. International and EU customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees.

5. Delivery

We post your order using a tracked service where possible and give you the tracking details when it is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered.

6. Gift vouchers

• A Sculpt Stagewear gift voucher is a digital code worth the amount bought (between £10 and £500 each). It is sent by email once payment has been received, either to the buyer or straight to the person the buyer chooses.
• Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the voucher and in your account. After that date the voucher can no longer be used and any remaining balance is lost, unless we agree to extend it.
• A voucher can be used across several orders until its balance is spent. Any balance left after an order stays on the voucher until it expires. It can be used together with a discount code.
• A voucher can be spent on anything in our shop except another gift voucher. It is not redeemable for cash, and we cannot replace a voucher that is lost, shared or used by someone else, so please keep the code safe.
• Vouchers are non-refundable once issued, except where the law says otherwise. If an order is cancelled, any voucher value used on it is put back on the voucher. Vouchers are sent digitally, so there is no postage.

7. Rentals

Rentals are covered by our Rental terms and the Rental Agreement you sign for each booking. Rentals are for weekend shows only, within the UK.

8. Faulty items and your rights

If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. See also our Returns policy.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs and content on this site belong to Sculpt Stagewear. You may not copy a design or have it copied.

10. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, but we do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (for example courier delays, illness or show cancellations).

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
