Who is responsible for your data

Sculpt Stagewear is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: sculptstagewear@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account details: name and email address when you create an account.
• Order details: the items and options you choose, show date, delivery address, phone number (optional), measurements you send us, and your payment method and status.
• Messages and sign-ups: anything you send through our contact, measurement, waitlist and newsletter forms.
• Virtual try-on photos (only if you use it): the photo you choose is sent to Google's image generation service to make a preview. We don't add it to your account or use it for anything else, and it is not kept in your order.
• Rental agreements: your name, the details in the agreement and the typed signature and time you sign.
• Technical data: basic information needed to keep the site working and secure.
• Website statistics (Google Analytics): with your permission, we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (town or region, not your address), how you found us, and basic shopping actions such as adding to the basket. This is usage data only. It does not include what you type into forms, and we do not use it for advertising.

Why we use it

• To take, make, deliver and support your order or rental (contract).
• To email you confirmations, receipts, reminders and tracking details about your order (contract / legitimate interest).
• To keep records for accounting and legal reasons (legal obligation).
• To send show-season reminders and news if you ask us to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website, using Google Analytics (your consent). You can say no in the cookie notice, or change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser so the choice is asked again. The site works the same either way.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: our website and email provider (Base44), Brevo (to send our newsletter emails to people who signed up; you can unsubscribe at any time), Google (Google Analytics for website statistics, and the image service used by the virtual try-on), couriers who deliver your parcel, and our bank or payment provider (card payments are handled by Stripe, which receives only what it needs to take the payment). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records for as long as the law requires (usually 6 years). Other details until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing sculptstagewear@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
