Returns & Refunds

Custom (made-to-order) pieces

Each custom piece is made to your measurements and design, so custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun. Please check your measurements and order details carefully, and contact us before ordering if you have any concerns.

Ready-to-ship items

For hygiene reasons ready-to-ship items cannot be returned once they have been worn or the hygiene seal has been broken. If an item is unworn and unused, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will talk you through a return. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable once issued. See our Terms & Conditions.

Rentals

Rental bookings are non-refundable once reserved, because the bikini cannot be hired to anyone else for that date. See the Rental terms.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email sculptstagewear@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Where a refund is due we will pay it within 14 days, to the method you paid with.
